Agile Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid Role - Manchester

Harvey Nash is working exclusively with a North West retail organisation who are looking for a Business Analyst, Outside IR35. We are looking for an experienced, well rounded Agile Business Analyst local to the Manchester area who is willing to come on site when needed.

The organisation are looking for a Business Analyst with retail/eccomerce experience to work closely with their cross functional teams.

  • Adaptability: it’s crucial for success as the team are still working to establish their longer term ways of working in an agile environment
  • Collaboration: the organisation have lots of roles- product managers, product owners, process leads, UX/UI researchers and designers, delivery leads, engineers (web, services, app), software architects, testers, business change - so really strong collaboration skills, both within the team and wider business stakeholders is essential
  • Facilitation: The Team have 7/8 squads all working in parallel but with some overlapping themes and dependencies so someone who is going to be confident at identifying these and facilitating the conversations and activities, particularly within the product space is key
  • Continuous improvement: the team are on a learning curve here so someone who really embraces the agile mindset (not just “do” the theory) and will be confident at educating and challenging the product team and business stakeholders to break the work down into smaller increments, to deliver faster, to see benefits sooner, to learn from consumer feedback to let it influence the next steps.
