Our client is an established financial services institution that helps individuals and families achieve their financial goals. Overall purpose of the position

As the business analyst, you will be working closely with individuals across the organisation, optimising processes, maintaining documentation, assessing process improvement options, and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in a collaborative environment, driving change and innovation throughout the organisation.
  • Gathering requirements from all aspects of the organisation.
  • Evaluate existing processes, streamlining, and improving these whilst introducing and implementing creative change.
  • Report into senior leadership, up to c-suite level.

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrable business analysis experience.
  • Physical process experience.
  • Ability to work with autonomy.
  • Critical mind, decision-making.
  • Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
