Business Advisor- Resource Manager- Business Operations

Manchester- Initial 6 Months- Contract- Inside IR35.

Harvey Nash are proud to be working with a well known organisation in the Manchester area who are looking for a Business Advisor to join their Business Management team on a hybrid basis.

This role will be responsible for the engagement in cross-team issues and projects, monitoring KPI performance, advising employees and providing business support.

Key Experience:

• Business production planning- forecasts of budgets, head count, key targets and development plans.
• Business Performance Management- Reporting and budget management, Resource and KPIs.
• Administration management- delegated managerial activities such as recruitment, onboarding support, IT Asses & Access management.
• Projects & Change- coordinating of projects impacting business management.
