At Harvey Nash our client is looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Systems Developer (CE) on a full time basis.

This role is a hands-on technical position responsible for delivering service improvement activities for Dynamics 365 CE services in both project and business environments.

You will gain a strong understanding of the product while working within our clients continuous delivery methodology. Collaborating across IT and the business, you'll gather requirements, identify opportunities, and implement, test, and document service improvements for Dynamics 365 services

Some responsibilities include:

  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to fulfill business requirements, including entities, forms, views, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript to enhance D365 CE functionality, ensuring code is efficient, reusable, and well-documented.
  • Integrate D365 CE with other applications and systems using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
  • Manage the D365 CE release process in close collaboration with service providers and the Digital Transformation team.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 CE applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes and enhancements.
  • Define Dynamics 365 by applying best practices and industry standards, including the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework, security controls, and global data residency regulations, while supporting the business in its transition from legacy services.

I am seeking a candidate with experience in delivering service improvements across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, business functions, knowledge of software lifecycle methodologies, and strong technical documentation skills are required. Has a proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and JSON is essential, along with experience in Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration.
