A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Product Manager to join them on a long term contract in London. The role will focus on a suite of AI products within a Contact Centre business and will also be involved with the implementation of these products.
Experience across AI technologies is mandatory, alongside knowledge and experience of client or customer facing processes.

£700 - £750pd via Umbrella / PAYE – Inside IR35

Essential Requirements :

• Experience working as a Product Manager in a client or customer focused position
• Experience delivering AI technologies within a global organisation (AI, Chatbot, Co-Pilot etc.)
• Knowledge and experience of working within Financial Services would be beneficial
• Knowledge and experience of agile delivery methodologies would be very useful
• Excellent experience working with both onshore and offshore development teams
• Very strong written and communication skills
