The role requires keen attention to detail, strong linguistic skills, and a deep understanding of transcription standards to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and reliability. The successful candidate will work closely with both audio data and AI-generated text, identifying errors and inconsistencies, and ensuring that transcripts meet rigorous legal and technical standards.

Main Duties:

  • Transcription Quality Review: Analyse and review AI-generated court transcripts to ensure they meet high standards of accuracy, including proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.

  • Feedback & Reporting: Provide detailed feedback on identified errors and suggest areas for improvement. Track trends in AI performance, generate reports on accuracy and quality metrics, and collaborate with AI development teams to improve system outcomes.
  • Adherence to Legal Standards: Ensure that the transcripts comply with legal standards and are accurate for use in court or legal proceedings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in refining QA processes, workflows, and tools to ensure ongoing improvements in transcription accuracy.

  • Proficiency in audio editing software or tools used for transcript verification.
  • Ability to generate clear, concise reports on performance and accuracy metrics.

Desired Skills:
