Records Officer- SharePoint Migration
2-year FTC- Hybrid- Manchester.
Harvey Nash are proud to be working with a well established public sector organisation within Manchester. Who are looking for a Records Officer to join their forward-thinking team as they undergo a digital transformation to SharePoint.
This is a hybrid role in the Manchester area, ideally onsite 1 days a week (this is dependent on workshops), on an initial 2-year FTC basis.
This is an opportunity to be involved in the SharePoint build from the design, creation and wider business training. As well as analysing large amounts of migration data to develop a new records architecture that meets current SharePoint requirements.
- Previous project experience working with data and records management migration.
- Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365- Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner and OneDrive for Business.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis, validation and management reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills, experience in managing conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with all levels of the company.
