Senior Test Analyst – VMWare Migration sought by leading financial services organisation based in the city of London.

**Inside IR35 – 3 days a week onsite**

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Tester to support our OVM to VMWare Migration project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the OVM to VMWare Migration project by ensuring thorough testing of all migration activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and effective testing.
• Execute test cases and document results.
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in test planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong understanding of OVM and VMWare environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with migration projects, particularly OVM to VMWare.
• Relevant certifications in testing or VMWare technologies.
