Software Delivery Manager – .Net/Azure/Firmware/IoT - Permanent - Edinburgh - £60k - £70k

Harvey Nash are recruiting a Software Delivery Manager on behalf of a really exciting scale-up client based in central Edinburgh. As the Software Delivery Manager you will oversee delivery across various smaller teams, (Software (.Net/Azure), Firmware and IoT), to deliver high quality projects on time and in scope. To do this you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to manage resources, risks and delivery.

Ideally, coming from a software engineering or technical background you’ll have excellent planning, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Be a strong problem solver and have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

You'll have;

- Experience of Software or Firmware Development
- Experience of Project Management or Delivery Management (Or a desire to move into this arena and the planning/organisational/communication skills to make this happen
- Experience of working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Experience of tools such as Jira
