As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be critical in ensuring our client applications' reliability, scalability, and performance. In addition, you will work on complex and challenging problems, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. The candidate should have a passion for solving complex technical issues and ensuring the highest levels of system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in an Application Support or Software Developer role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a developer on Java based applications.
- Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, Bash shell scripting, and SQL.
- Must have hands on skills on SQL and basic data warehousing concepts.
- Must have understanding of disaster recovery principles like RTO, RPO, and Green Zones.
- Must have understanding of Linux, Bash and basic scripting along with basics like Unix group, and host group and basic cryptographic understanding.
- Must have basic understanding of basics of Microservice Architecture, Containerization and Orchestration.
- Experience with observability solution like open telemetry, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK.
- Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-DEV staff can understand.
