We are seeking a Account Manager for the Large Customer Sales department for our client. The Account Manager comes with a strong sales background to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the client relationship, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring that the marketing strategies align with their goals. The Account Manager will be a critical liaison between the client and the internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders for our client.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure their needs are met.
- Regularly communicate with the client to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Collaborate with the client to define marketing objectives and strategies.
- Create and present comprehensive account plans to meet client goals.
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to the client.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth trough cross selling and upselling.
- Track and report on account growth metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, or a sales-oriented role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, experience with Google Ads and Display and video advertising is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, project, and partner management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Strong team player with internal stakeholders (e.g., SPLs, Product specialists).
- Proven track record of driving sales revenue and managing relationships in a fast-moving product landscape.
- Comfortable with a team-based selling approach.
- Ability to work with clients towards a long-term monetization strategy.
- Experience with client presentations (comfortable presenting to groups on specific domain areas), strategy execution, project management, and working in ambiguity.
