Partnered with a Global Health-care organisation who are searching for Permanent Workday Reporting Analyst responsible for Leading the Implementation of new reports and dashboards in Workday.

Scope of role:

  • Develop and maintain reporting through utilising all Workday modules.
  • Provide key reporting and Analytics supporting various Business Stakeholders.
  • Oversee end to end request process and changes to existing reports/documents.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to promote Data Governance to ensure improved Data Quality and Insight.
  • Develop HR Data and reporting processes across HR
  • Build reporting Dashboards to enable shared insights and trends.

Experience required:

  • 3-4 years experience working with Workday modules
  • Workday reporting including creating/maintaining fields utilising data visualisation tools such as tableau or similar.
  • Structured and unstructured data background.
  • Extensive Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
