Partnered with a Global Health-care organisation who are searching for Permanent Workday Reporting Analyst responsible for Leading the Implementation of new reports and dashboards in Workday.
Scope of role:
- Develop and maintain reporting through utilising all Workday modules.
- Provide key reporting and Analytics supporting various Business Stakeholders.
- Oversee end to end request process and changes to existing reports/documents.
- Collaborate closely with HR to promote Data Governance to ensure improved Data Quality and Insight.
- Develop HR Data and reporting processes across HR
- Build reporting Dashboards to enable shared insights and trends.
Experience required:
- 3-4 years experience working with Workday modules
- Workday reporting including creating/maintaining fields utilising data visualisation tools such as tableau or similar.
- Structured and unstructured data background.
- Extensive Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
