You'll join a team specialising in delivering the very best in customer engagement across their products, responsible for developing requirements, road-maps and all relevant documentation.
Our client is on a transformation journey - as such someone with experience working to a senior level as a Lead BA level (requirements gathering, documentation/ presentations) is what we ar elooking for.
We are looking for someone from an engineering/ manufacturing or similar background.
This role is based in site in central Glasgow so candidates must be based within commuting distance and be able to be on site 3 - 4 days a week. Essential experience:
* Over 7 years experience in a Lead BA role
* Extensive experience within a fast paced, multi national, complex private sector environment
* Experience of having built and delivered road-maps
* Excellent experience in truly understanding customer needs, within a software context
* Experience of working closely with software/ product teams to drive the best customer results
* Current skills within an iterative, agile software environment
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills & stakeholder engagement across all levels
* Be based in the wider Glasgow area- this is an on site role non negotiable
