IDAM Solution Architect

Purpose of the Role
As an IDAM Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the identity and access management (IDAM) strategy for a leading organisation. This position will involve collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to develop innovative solutions, improve access control systems, and ensure the organisation adheres to the highest standards of security and compliance.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience as an Identity and Access Management Solution Architect in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Expertise in implementing CyberArk PAM in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration solutions such as SailPoint, NetIQ, or MIM.
- In-depth understanding of protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Familiarity with Google and Microsoft SSO solutions.
- Knowledge of password management technologies and system integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of the impact of IDAM on Information Security.
- Beneficial experience in automation and scripting, particularly using PowerShell.
Desirable:
- Experience in onboarding/offboarding processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) and implementing related solutions.
