Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Delivery Lead.
- 11-month contract
- Hybrid working between home and our clients' offices (based throughout the UK, southwest England and central belt of Scotland).
- 1 - 2 days a week onsite.
- £580 - £650 inside of IR35.
- Energy sector experience is required for this role, ideally someone who has worked for a DNO previous (Distribution Network Operator).
You will be working on a Transformation programme which consists of a number of projects concerning customer facing systems. This particular piece of work surrounds a CRM implementation.
Main Purpose of the role
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the product lifecycle via a delivery team ensuring effective control over costs and resourcing enabling the delivery of business outcomes.
- Manage the operational aspects of the delivery teams, ensuring risk, legal, security and other compliance requirements are met.
- Focus on realising the products objectives, key results and other value targets defined on the product roadmap, with an ability to be adaptable to meet changing business environments.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Architecture Lead to ensure the product roadmaps have a right balance of delivering business outcomes, technology enablement and operational requirements.
Experience required:
- Knowledge of customer related systems - salesforce, or oracle CX.
- Industry knowledge - energy sector or utilities.
- Working with scaled agile - advantageous of Safe.
- Previously worked on a CRM implementation.
