Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Business Analyst - CRM implementation, initial 3-month contract - inside of IR35 with a daily rate of £400 - £450.
Remote work, with essential workshops/meetings being onsite at our clients' offices in Glasgow.
The Role:
- Involvement in analysing requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional design documentation.
- Supporting business processes and analysing ways of improvement.
- Coordinating with stakeholders on project requirements/ milestones.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience of working on projects supporting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM package, implementation.
- Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation skills.
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal - solid stakeholder management ability.
