Role:
This PMO position is working on remediation efforts related to the 2020 Consent Order. The PM/PMO will be responsible for supporting the program through various project management tasks, including:
- Document tracking, scheduling meetings, and recording meeting minutes
- Assisting with the submission of updates to meet reporting requirements
- Coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans, status reports, and RAID logs
As the role progresses, the candidate will be expected to participate in:
- Identifying and resolving issues and risks
- Tracking and managing project dependencies
- Planning and facilitating working group meetings
Additionally, the PM/PMO will be responsible for maintaining daily reports on UAT test results, key performance indicators (KPIs) for execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.
