Are you a talented Technical Implementation Engineer looking for a permanent role with a dynamic and growing company? We are hiring on behalf of our Northeast based client where you'll play a crucial role in delivering their innovative communications platform designed to improve employee communications and HR functionality.
The Role
As a Technical Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for the client on boarding and troubleshooting of the platform, ensuring seamless integration with client's existing systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy the software and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements.
- Configure and deploy software solutions to meet client needs.
- Integrate solutions with client's existing systems, focusing on user provisioning and SSO.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Document processes and provide support to clients as needed.
- Liaise with DevOps, customer success, and project management teams.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical implementation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software configuration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with user provisioning, SSO, and IDAM.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
