People Data Analyst - Success Factors - Sought by Financial Services - FTC - Liverpool
Required Skills:
- Hands-on expertise with Success Factors People Analytics (Report Stories).
- SQL proficiency for querying, analysing and interpreting large data sets (ideally Snowflake).
- Experience developing MI reports and working with complex HR data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience developing dashboards in visualisation tools, ideally Power BI or Tableau.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
We are looking for someone who can play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality people data, reporting & MI services to the business. As a Technical SME across People data products, the role is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality reporting solutions and insights to the business.
