Business Analyst - Blackburn - £38k-48kpa + Benefits

We're recruiting for a number of permanent Business Analyst's at a pivotal time in transformation in a company offering the chance to drive innovation and change through data-driven solutions, where you can utilise your expertise in 'As is' and 'To be' analysis to deliver business benefits.
The role starts ASAP, with a salary of £38k to £48k per annum DOE and an impressive benefits package, including onsite parking!! The role is based in Blackburn where you'll enjoy a hybrid working model, spending around three days a week in the office, with flexible start and finish times.
This role is for a Business Analyst that has experience improving business performance across a wide range of established teams within technology and business change projects.
Business Analyst - What will you be tasked with?
- Identify, analyse and document business processes 'As is' and 'To be' to identify opportunities for streamlining and improvements
- Identify problems, challenges, and areas of improvement
- Facilitating requirements and story mapping workshops and backlog refinement sessions
- Lead requirements gathering meetings with various stakeholders
- Providing regular updates on project progress to the Stakeholders
- Delivering continuous enhancements and new functionality as part of an agile team
- Follow the Agile process to manage the team's sprints and additional ad hoc requests
- Manage change requests from the business to define which product backlog items are prioritised for a sprint
- Meet regularly with stakeholders and facilitate decision making
Business Analyst - Essential Experience required:
- Experience of working in a Business Analysis capacity across technology and business change projects in complex and challenging environments.
- Experience of collaborating with business subject matter experts, Product Owners and wider project delivery team members to help execute on the overall project and business change plan within traditional structured and agile project lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience of analysing cost and benefits to form evidence led business cases and options papers.
- Experience of reviewing, evaluating, designing and optimising business processes using a range of standards BA tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, BPR)
- Experience of analysing complex data to identify patterns, trends, relationships and extract meaningful insights to inform process redesign requirements and come to well-informed conclusions
- Experience of identifying, capturing and documenting the needs and expectations of stakeholders in relation to the development and delivery of a service.
- Substantial experience of process mapping including data flows, 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes using a range of tools, for example, Visio.
