Harvey Nash is partnering with a leading IT Managed Services organisation based in the North of England as they seek a Business Development Manager to join their award-winning sales team in Leeds, on a permanent basis.

The role involves identifying Technology sales opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, and managing sales accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Salary on offer (dependant on experience) is £40,000-£60,000 basic.
  • Uncapped commission (OTE: £100k-£120k), Company Car Allowance, 25 days holiday, + much more.
  • Five days a week in the office and/or on client sites.
  • Car parking available, as this is a client-facing role, a full driving licence is essential.

Your responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with prospective clients through; meetings and networking events, telephone, Email, LinkedIn, and warm/cold calling, referrals and inbound leads.

  • Convert prospects into active clients, managing the entire sales process from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to present products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of the businesses solutions in meeting the clients IT requirements.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with accounts and customers, maintaining a pipeline of relevant opportunities to achieve your sales targets.
