I have worked within the technology search space for nearly two decades. I am responsible for managing our technology specialisms and C-suite community from both a candidate and client perspective.

Outside of work, I enjoy seeing as many friends and family as possible. My partner and I have a daughter to entertain every other week, so we spend a lot of our spare time watching and discussing Disney films as well as trying to go to exhibitions to keep some culture in our lives!
The best piece of advice I have ever been given is, "Be nice and treat others as you would wish to be treated." It's a simple piece of advice and has stood me exceptionally well in the commercial world as well as personal.

Helen Fleming

Hi, I'm Lily, I head up our Executive Search and Interim Practice at Harvey Nash.
I lead on delivery of strategic technology appointments cross-sector, specialising in CIO, CTO, Digital Director, Engineering Director, Data Director and their reporting lines throughout the UK and Europe.
I manage a highly skilled research team to help provide the most up-to-date market insights. I also help drive collaboration across all our UK offices, presenting Harvey Nash's thought leadership at our events and ensuring best practice in Execuitve Search.&nbsp;I have a strong interest in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and am particularly interested in readdressing the balance of women in technology leadership positions.

I support the team across the UK South, providing support and expertise across an extensive portfolio of trusted clients, including; but not limited to Investment Banks, Retail Banks, Investment Managers, Consultancies, Asset Managers, Proprietary Trading houses, Brokerages, Fin Techs, Insurance firms and more.
I have over 15 year's experience in technology and finance recruitment, helping to build the financial services practice from its conception over 12 years ago. I'm immensely proud of the team providing industry leading skills and knowledge with integrity and professionalism. The team cover the whole technology landscape from change and transformation, to risk, compliance and non-tech roles.

Justin Somerville-Cotton

Hi, I'm Graeme, I'm the Execuitve Director of our Public Sector practice, based in our Edinburgh office.
I joined the business over a decade ago as a graduate recruiter and over that time have grown our team to deliver an exceptional standard of service to our client base across Scotland.
We have an extensive portfolio of clients across Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail Banks and Consultancies amongst many others. I am responsible for an incredibly talented team of individuals that search for and place people into interim jobs.
I continue to deliver into many of our key clients and I'm Account Director to many of these too. My team manage over 500 active contractors. A significant part of our work is within the Scottish Public Sector and so the work that many of these contractors do genuinely change people's lives, something I am proud to associate myself with.&nbsp;
I sit on the Global Innovation Labs board for our parent company, Nash Squared, where we research, discuss and test solutions that help give our colleagues a competitive edge using technology (in most cases) as the enabler. I also sit on the Action for Children Boycott your Bed board in Scotland and have supported them for over 10 years.
Outside of work I enjoy running, playing golf and watching rugby. I have two young daughters who keep me on my toes, so if I'm not watching their ballet or swimming classes, we're out on walks in the Pentlands which we're fortunate to have on our doorstep.&nbsp;

Graeme McNaull

Hi, I'm Emma and I'm the Director for the UK North at Harvey Nash.
I currently work within the leadership space and am keen to strengthen our Leadership community in the North West. Hi, I'm Cameron and I'm the Director across Harvey Nash Scotland.&nbsp;
I've been with Harvey Nash for over a decade and lead a brilliant team in Scotland, as well as managing all aspects of both our strategy and delivery. My background was initially exclusively in contract recruitment, so I concurrently still recruit for contract software engineers (when I have the time!).
I have worked extensively across Financial Services, FinTech, Start Ups/ Scale Ups, SMEs, and Public Sector.
Outside of work, I love to try and balance the stark dichotomy of sport and fitness whilst being an absolute foodie at heart! A big NBA and F1 fan as well as being a huge movie and music buff, but most of my time is taken up playing dinosaurs with my 4-year-old son whilst my wife cries with laughter in the corner!
