Network Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a Global market leading organisation who are keen to expand their current team of 50 IT professional across the enterprise. The current team are dispersed across Europe.

The opportunity available requires a Senior level Technical Network specialist who will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and ongoing support of enterprise-wide network infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be able to ensure the security of the network and be flexible to respond to major incidents or escalations.

The role requires a self-starter who can work independently, supporting and managing 3^rd party relationships and vendors with deep expertise in the technologies listed below:

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, proficiency in Aruba wireless and networking, knowledge of Barracuda firewall systems.
• Relevant qualifications ( CCNA, CCNP, Aruba Certified Network Professional, Barracuda Certifications) are highly desirable.
• Have strong communication skills, experience in managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Have excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively individually or as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity that offers a competitive salary. This role offers remote working with the occasional requirement for travel to site.
