IT Service Desk Support Analyst
A leading Investment management firm is looking to hire a Service desk analyst.
You would be responsible for;
* To Provide 1st & 2nd (when necessary) line support to the firms end users logging via Service Desk application.
* To ensure the Firm's I.T. infrastructure functions smoothly both in London and the branch offices
Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience with the following;
* Experience of working in a Service Desk environment
* Experience of using a Service Desk ticketing application
* Excellent communication skills - fluent in English both reading and writing
* Basic understanding of a computer network
* Windows 10/11 experience/exposure
* Office 365 support skills
* Azure Active Directory support skills
* Experience in mobile telecommunications
