Operations Associate| 12 months (Inside IR35(| Hybrid (Glasgow)
Harvey Nash's Client is recruiting for an Operations Associate on a 12 month contract.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate the storage of Operations Policies & Procedures within the organisation's systems.
- Conduct approved Exclusion Reviews and prepare reports for Senior Management.
- Carry out the necessary reviews of all Authorised Signatory Lists for Operations and collaborate with Operations and Company Secretaries to update the lists as required.
- Create new Authorised Signatory Lists for Operations where needed and liaise with Operations and Company Secretaries to secure approval for the new lists.
- Obtain certified copies of Operations Authorised Signatory Lists as needed and distribute them to the relevant groups within Operations.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with various divisions across the organisation, including Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Company Secretaries, Finance, and the wider team.
- Assist in the release of courses to Operations in accordance with global requirements.
- Review and approve Operations Policies and Procedures in line with the Operations Policy framework.
Key Skills
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience/knowledge within an Operations, Legal, Risk or Compliance related environment and/or a Bachelors degree in a related field.
- They will be a confident analytical person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and analytic.
