Your Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Source and attract candidates by matching individuals against pre-qualified job specifications.
    • Utilize multiple platforms (our database, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and build a network of ready-to-place candidates.
    • Continuously update and manage your candidate database.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
    • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media, introducing our recruitment services and building long-term relationships.
  • Client & Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Engage with candidates regularly, ensuring their details are up to date and they are matched to appropriate roles.
    • Develop successful partnerships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor, providing updates, giving market intelligence and advising on recruitment solutions.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in business development and recruitment ideally within the tech sector.
  • Lead Generation Experience.
  • Proven track record in building successful working relationships.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and driving growth.
