Your Role & Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Source and attract candidates by matching individuals against pre-qualified job specifications.
- Utilize multiple platforms (our database, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and build a network of ready-to-place candidates.
- Continuously update and manage your candidate database.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media, introducing our recruitment services and building long-term relationships.
- Client & Candidate Relationship Management:
- Engage with candidates regularly, ensuring their details are up to date and they are matched to appropriate roles.
- Develop successful partnerships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor, providing updates, giving market intelligence and advising on recruitment solutions.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in business development and recruitment ideally within the tech sector.
- Lead Generation Experience.
- Proven track record in building successful working relationships.
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and driving growth.
