The Role
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of both the IT solutions and the wider business. You will address technical issues (hardware, software, OS, databases and networks) and contribute to the overall success of the IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT-related queries, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, aiming to minimise disruption.
- Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, databases, and hardware.
