Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Charles Ave, Burgess Hill RH15 9RY

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Duration: 12+ months of contract initially

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as a BA.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst on projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience of business change (people, process, AND technology) projects and initiatives
  • Experience in a variety of gathering, analysis and presentation techniques.
  • Experience in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile frameworks.
  • Documentation - requirements documents, requirements list, impact analyses, gap analyses.
  • Knowledge of potential sources of risk and how to mitigate their impact on project success.

Skill/Experience:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis, identify and document the needs and objectives of stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration, act as a bridge, facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Process Improvement and Solution Design, evaluate current processes and recommend improvements or design solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, or customer satisfaction.
