They are searching for a BI Analyst on a Permanent basis to enable the transformation of Data into actionable Insights resulting in an enhanced decision making across their wealth of digital products:
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and Interpret large Datasets to identify trends, patterns and provide actionable recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Develop and manage the operations Data Performance and present to key stakeholders.
- Provide market research, data interpretation and support in the development of business cases delivering change.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports and visualisatons utilising Power BI or Thoughtspot to track KPIs and ensure stakeholders are regularly updated.
Requirements:
- Highly competent and strong analytical problem solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Organisation and ability to prioritise key tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness to manage various stakeholder requirements.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced Data-Driven environment.
- Technical requirements: Python, R, SQL, Data Warehouses and Datalakes.
