Our Client, a leader in financial services innovation are seeking a skilled People/HR Project Manager to drive transformative projects.

As a People/HR Project Manager, you will lead key projects to enhance our business operations. This contract role offers flexibility with remote work and competitive daily rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end business change projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Focus on organisational design and target operating model improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with organisational design and target operating models.
