Our Client, a leader in financial services innovation are seeking a skilled People/HR Project Manager to drive transformative projects.
As a People/HR Project Manager, you will lead key projects to enhance our business operations. This contract role offers flexibility with remote work and competitive daily rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business change projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Focus on organisational design and target operating model improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within financial services.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with organisational design and target operating models.
