Service Desk Analyst - German Speaking
Location: Livingston (2 days on-site)
Rate: £130 per day Inside IR35

I'm looking for a German-speaking Service Desk Analyst to join one of our top clients in a fast-paced IT support role. If you have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across Windows, Mac & Android devices

  • Logging, prioritising & resolving IT issues efficiently

  • Managing user administration & IT infrastructure requests

  • Ensuring incidents & requests are handled in line with SLAs

  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service

What You'll Need:

  • Fluent German & English (spoken & written)

  • A strong interest in IT & problem-solving

  • Excellent communication & time management skills

  • Ability to multitask & remain composed under pressure

  • Service Desk experience is a plus, but not essential
