Business Change Analyst| 6 Months (Inside IR35)| Hybrid (Livingston)|

Harvey Nash’s client is recruiting for a Business Change Analyst on a 6 months contract.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Technology to understand business requirements, define current and future state operating models, and develop end-user test cases along with user acceptance testing.
  • Performing analysis and assessing the impact of technology and operations.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of change management initiatives.
  • Partnering with the existing analysis team to refine workflows and processes.
  • Creating project materials and managing documentation, including Wiki pages and other analysis-related assets.

Key Skills

  • Proven business analysis expertise working on strategic change and transformation projects
  • Ability to engage with SMEs & technology teams at all levels
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work without supervision and define analysis activities and planning - working with the Principle Analyst and Senior Project Management
  • Strong skills in Target Operating Model definition and Current/Future state process mapping inc workshop management
