Key Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in managing Quote-to-Cash and/or Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong experience in handling, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Excellent financial and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex commercial information and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and driving efficiencies in commercial processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems used in commercial and shipping industries (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working within a commercial shipping environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to shipping contracts and operations.
