Change Analyst

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Change Analyst, an initial six-month contract working inside of IR35.

  • Daily rate of £350 - £450 a day
  • Umbrella company
  • Remote with occasional visits to Glasgow
  • Experience required in communications and training.

Supporting our client’s transformation programme on a project concerned with Customer Identification and Access Management, this role will mostly focus on the comms and training side, rather than impact assessment.

The person

  • Proven track record in a change analysis role, with full lifecycle experience on a variety of project types
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex changes to different stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of how people move through change with the ability to support people through transition from current state to future state, understanding what is needed to influence each stakeholder to embrace and adopt the change.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, with the ability to influence and support Senior Stakeholders to move forward towards a common vision or goal.
  • Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Familiar with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro
