Agile Delivery Lead - 6 Month Initial Contract - Outside IR35 - Manchester, Hybrid
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to come in and collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to update current digital services and introduce new software solutions.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Utilise Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects.
- Work on various digital services offered to the charity sector.
- Ensure technical delivery without delving too deeply into network or cloud infrastructure.
- Take ownership of projects, working hands-on to make things happen.
- Build and maintain relationships with the IT team (40-50 members), business stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party suppliers.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
- Navigate the complexities of intertwined digital services and build strong team relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering digital projects and working with Agile delivery teams.
- Comfortable working in a technical environment, but not overly deep into network or cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Azure cloud and Liferay development.
- Experience with DevOps boards and Jira.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Approachable and easy-going personality, with a willingness to get hands dirty and make things happen.
- DBS check required.
