Hi, I’m Tia and I am a Talent Acquisition consultant within the Business Change and Transformation specialism focusing on contract talent as part of the Manchester team.

My key responsibilities include helping to source the best contract candidates in the Northwest within project, program and business management. As well as supporting a number of clients build their high-performance teams.

The types of contract roles I cover range from base room to board room Business Change and Transformation.

I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with an MSc in International Business and a BA honours in Human Resource Management. I have a passion for travelling, the gym and anything new. Prior to my transition into recruitment, I was a swimming coach for 9 years.

The best piece of advice I have ever been given is ‘if you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.’
