Hi I'm Rhodri and I head up the Financial Services Practice, based in the Harvey Nash London office.

I look after service delivery for our Meta account. I am an experienced Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I initially started my career as a technology recruiter focusing on the Microsoft market. I then moved on to the role of an account/service delivery manager.
I now support the delivery team directly and focus on sourcing quality candidates for our key clients. My role now is to ensure contractors receive first-class support throughout the duration of their contract from onboarding through to offboarding. I am also responsible for collating feedback focusing on continually improving their experience.

My background has always centred on MSP and RPO, specialising in enterprise, procurement and financial services. Outside of work, I&rsquo;m lucky enough to spend quality time with family and great friends. Bonus points if it includes a glass of wine or a pub pitstop. I am responsible for overseeing the on-boarding of all the contractors across our clients. Once the contractors have been guided through the on-boarding process and have started their assignments, I will continue to look after them and deal with any queries they may have, this covers hundreds of contractors and queries can range from paperwork related to timesheets to payments.&nbsp;
I have worked within this role at various levels for many years now and therefore have a wealth of experience which allows me to deal with all scenarios efficiently.
